Let me say again, always look for the root cause. We don’t look at the symptoms. For a headache, you don’t pray for a headache, you ask how it started; when it came in. So everything has a name. The name is the name of the adjective, remember. Everything has a beginning. When did it first came in? Everything has a root cause. When is the occasion? Everything has a name: fear, anxiety, confusion, sadness that is the name of the adjective that we don’t want. We want to take them out. If you can name it, you can nail it.
