Recalling past sin and hurts
We will now ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to us our past sins and hurts that had occurred in our lives since our conception till today. Close your eyes and have a receptive attitude. Let the Holy Spirit speaks to you.
I will now take us through time by saying out loud the months and years of our lives. Father God, bring us back to the time of our conception and bring to our memory, issues that you would want us to resolve.
Praying together:
“Lord, I need You. At the point of my conception, the quarrels, the anger, the conflict, the rage, the violence, the frustration, the curses, unkind words, rejection, hatred, unforgiveness, Lord, I give them all to You. Thank You, God.“
Now I speak to my spirit man, from 0 month to 1 month, to 2nd month, to 3rd month, to 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, to 1 year.
Father, we ask that You reveal and You speak as only You can speak. None of us remember or understand what had happened and we couldn’t explain because we were only a baby, with no understanding yet . Father, I pray, You speak and You heal, O’Lord!
Let us all pray, “Father, I pray, heal my heart. My heart is broken. Lord, I need You. Jesus, come. Heal my heart. Father, I forgive my father and my mother. Lord, I cut ungodly soul ties between me and my father, and me and my mother. Thank You, Jesus!”
Now I speak from 1 to 2 years, 2 to 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 to 10 years.
At that point, some of us may have experienced violence, rejection, divorce, financial problems, suicidal thoughts, murder, illnesses, accidents. Some of us may even be sexually abused during those younger years, sexually and physically abused. We may also have experienced our parents’ sexual infidelity, abandonment, fear, shock, trauma, rejection, no love, insecurity, anger, rage, hatred, resentment. Because we didn’t have our parents’ love, that’s why we do not know how to love. We become unlovable. Your friends don’t like you. Even when you want to play with them, they walk away. Actually, they reject you. Among siblings, there’d probably be jealousy, unequal love, favouritism. Father like or mother like the son better than the daughter or love the elder kid more than you because you are in between or because you are last, you always get beaten or because of zodiac signs, curses, because of curses spoken over your life, because of wrong beliefs, superstitions, you become the product that nobody wants and you feel a sense of unwantedness. I am nobody’s child. I was fostered out. No attention was given to me. The sense of loneliness and sense of sadness, depression, hopelessness. Who can you talk to? Because when you talk to your parents, they actually scold you. They actually scold you more and sometimes even beat you. The caning, the belting, sometimes even throw cigarette butts. All the vulgarities, hiding you in the darkroom. Many times you don’t understand why? Why? Why? There have been cases where at this age, some parents may have been divorced. You cannot reconcile. Why people have complete families, you don’t have. Why? Some of the parents may have remarried. Then suddenly you have your step sisters in your family. You got your step father, you got your step mother. You don’t know how to react and these things that trouble you come in. And now we pray:
“Father, You know my heart. My heart is broken. Lord, come. Heal my heart, mind, body, spirit and soul. Father, I break every curse of divorce, separation, accidents, bankruptcy, failures, mistakes, suicide, murder, illness, and sexual infidelity. Father I come against rejection, anger, fear, frustration, abandonment, shock, trauma, insecurities, rage, hatred, resentment, unlovable, slapping, mockery, hopelessness, can’t reconcile, shame & guilt, confession, low self-esteem, self-hate, self-condemnation, run away, deaths, shouting, pornography, masturbation, lust, impatience, stubbornness… Go! In Jesus’ Name! Go! The LORD rebukes you! Thank You, Jesus!”
“Now I speak to my spirit man, grow! Grow! Grow! Grow! Grow to the fullness, stature, in favour with God and man. Thank You, Jesus! Now I speak to myself, Arise! Arise! Arise! Arise to the fullness of Christ and stature, according to the will and character of God! Thank You, Jesus! Lord, I need Your love. Come! Heal my broken heart. Thank You, Jesus! In Jesus ‘ Name I pray.
Now I speak to myself from 11 year to 12 year, 12 to 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, to 20 years. Father come, heal my heart. My heart is broken. Father I now purpose in my heart to forgive my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, siblings, uncles, aunties, cousins, relatives, classmates, schoolmates, colleagues. Thank You, Jesus! Father, I break every generation curse of alcoholism, drug addiction, gangsterism, polygamy, gambling, sexual infidelity, idol-worship and occultic practices, abortion, murder, rape, accidents, early deaths, sibling rivalry, sexual abuse, conflict, violence between parents, threats and counter threats, poverty, bankruptcy, failure, mistakes, barrenness, sickness, every infirmity, cancer, diabetes, bone, heart disease, stomach and mental problems. I break it in Jesus ‘ Name! Go! Thank You, Jesus! Lord, my heart is broken. Heal my heart, mind, body, spirit and soul. Lord, come in Your Power! Come in Your Might. Come in Your Glory! Thank You for Restoration! Thank You for Resurrection! In Jesus ‘ Name I pray. I now speak to myself, be filled with all the fruit of the Spirit which are love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, patience and self-control.
I command fear, shock, trauma, rejection, no love, insecurity, rage, hatred, resentment, being unlovable, jealousy, unequal love, favouritism, manipulation, bullying, domineering, belting, slapping, caning, physical and sexual abuse, I reject you, I come against you by the Blood of Jesus Christ! Go! Go! In Jesus ‘ Name! Get out! I command you to go, in Jesus ‘ Name!
Lord, come, Heal my heart. My heart is broken. Thank You, God! In Jesus ‘ Name, I pray.
Now that the thief has been discovered, whatever has been stolen must be returned 7-fold, in Jesus ‘ Name! Thank You, God! I now speak to myself, grow! Grow! Grow! Grow!
Father, continue to reveal to us, all the hidden situations.
Now I speak to myself from 20 year to 21 year, 22, 23, 24, 25, … , 29 to 30 years. At that time, you probably have to deal with many middle age issues. You may come across somebody in your family or even yourself went into alcoholism, drug addiction, polygamy, gambling, sexual infidelity, idol-worship, accidents, early deaths, sibling rivalry, sexual abuse, conflict, violence between parents, threats and counter-threats, divorce, poverty, bankruptcy, failures, mistakes, barrenness, accidents, early deaths, sicknesses, every infirmity, cancer, diabetes, bones, heart, stomach, and mental problems. I break all these issues in Jesus name. Go in Jesus name. I break them up to the 3rd and 4th generation before me and I bless my family to a thousand generations. Thank You, Jesus!
Lord, come! Heal my heart. My heart is broken. Thank You, Jesus! Lord, I forgive my father, my mother, grandfather, grandmother, cousins, siblings, schoolmates, teachers, colleagues, bosses, brother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law. Lord, I forgive them all. I break every curse that I have spoken over others. Lord, I repent and I nullify them all. I break every curse that has been spoken over my life. I break it in Jesus” Name! Go! Thank You, God!
Now I speak, from 30 years old, to 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, to 40.
At this point, some relationships may have gone sour with our spouse, with our father-in-law, with our mother-in-law, even with our parents because now you have new addition. You have new family members. Now your relationship is very hard to balance. You got your work problem. You got your family problem. You got time constraint. You got children problem and you have grandparents who cross boundaries and who want to take control of your family. And some of us may wonder in such a place as this, you actually wonder have you married into your mother-in-law, you married their family or you married your husband or your husband married you. Now it has become very crowded. It’s very difficult because you don’t know how to react. And yet because everybody was a non-believer or because the parents were non-believers and you were believers, they don’t understand where the line of command is; where the authority is and as a result, you are caught in a place like this. You don’t know how to react. So, at this point, there will actually be manipulation, bullying, domineering. There could also be bankruptcy, poverty, threats, counter-threats, failure, and mistake. Because at this point of time, maybe some do business and they failed and borrowed, use credit cards and couldn’t repay and you go into a bad cycle. And your parents also want to have a hold on you because they suddenly realize that the children have grown up, the next generation have come and now they exert pressure, they manipulate, they try to control. They control such that you cannot lead your own life. You actually closed up. You actually don’t know how to react. And these are very difficult situations. And as a result fear, anxiety, confusion, hatred, resentment comes in. Now you have a lot more people playing in the game now.
And now we pray.
Father, I forgive my father, my mother, my uncle, my aunty, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, relatives, father-in-law, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law. I forgive my spouse. Lord, I cut ungodly soul ties between me and my father, me and my mother, me and my brother-in-law, me and my sister-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, spouse, children. I break it in Jesus’ Name! Lord, I commit them to You. Father, I ask for forgiveness for burying myself in my work. My work was my identity. I break it in Jesus’ name! Go! Thank You, Jesus! Lord, heal my heart. My heart is broken. Thank You, Jesus! Lord, come! Thank You, Jesus!
Now I speak to myself, from 40 to 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, to 50. Now the relationship has strained even further with your spouse, with your family, more fear, more anger, more frustration, more resentment and I break this in Jesus’ Name! Go! Thank You, Jesus! Now you didn’t know how to react. The next generation has come. Now some of the children may be getting married or may have got married. Now you have another generation coming in. And sometimes because the husband is so successful, so intelligent in the eyes of men, in his own eyes, the pride, that actually crowds you out to a point that you can’t relate. You have a mouth but you can’t speak. Everything you say, you are being thumbed down, because he’s too smart for you. Suddenly he realized that money can talk and you realize that you actually become diminished. You actually become closed-up. You become lonely. You build up walls. You become lonely and you are not able to relate to anyone. Your emotions are hidden and your reactions are no more the same as what you used to be when you were free and then the sense of loss. Say, Father, I purpose in my heart to forgive my spouse, my brother-in-law, my father-in-law, my children. Lord, I cut ungodly soul ties between me and my children. Lord, I need Your love. Heal my heart. My heart is broken, Thank You, Jesus! Now I speak to all the hidden emotions, you cannot hide. Now I speak to hatred, resentment, anger, frustration, fear, timidity, domineering spirit, manipulation, unequal love, envy, jealousy, even suicidal thoughts, death. I speak to you now. Get out now! You cannot hide anymore! Low self-esteem, guilt and shame, fear, Go! In Jesus ‘ Name! Fear of finance, fear of future, fear of darkness, fear of death, fear of losing your parents, I break it in Jesus ‘ Name! I speak peace and rest. Sometimes at this age, when our parents have not treated us well when we were young and then now you have to look after them. You cannot reconcile with this point. You cannot reconcile how to behave, how to react. At one end you have hatred, resentment; the other side, you got to suddenly switch over to come and care for him in such a way that you have never done before. And now I command all the anger, resentment, unforgiveness, Go! In Jesus ‘ Name! Father, I forgive my parents. I cut ungodly soul ties between me and my parents. I break it in Jesus ‘ Name! The Lord rebuke you! Lies, deception, hatred, anger, loneliness, insecurity, low self-esteem, guilt and shame, financial problems, health issues, Go! In Jesus ‘ Name! Get out! Thank You, God! Now I speak to myself. Grow! Grow! Grow! Continue to grow. Grow to the fullness, to the stature of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank You, Jesus! Lord, I need your love. My heart is broken. Thank You, Jesus! Now that the thief has been discovered, I command those stolen years to be returned, in Jesus ‘ Name! Now that he has been discovered, whatever has been stolen must be returned 7-fold! Thank You, Jesus! And I speak to myself, Arise! Arise! Arise! Arise! Arise! Thank You, Jesus! Father, I ask for forgiveness for suicidal thoughts, committing suicide, running away, cursing myself, low self-esteem, guilt and shame, death and violence, rage, self-hate, self-condemnation, self-mutilation. I break it in Jesus ‘ Name! Go! Thank You, Jesus!
Lord, come! Heal my heart. My heart is broken. Thank You, Jesus!
Now I speak to myself from 50 years old, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, till my present age. Father, come. Say, Father, come. I need You. Lord, I ask for forgiveness for sins on behalf of the family, for separation, suicide, divorce, self-hate, conflict, violence, failures, mistakes, bankruptcy, poverty, barrenness, accidents, early deaths, sicknesses, every infirmity, cancer, diabetes, bone, heart, stomach, mental problems, Go! In Jesus ‘ Name! I break every curse up to the 3rd and 4th generation before me. I break it in Jesus ‘ Name! And I bless my family up to a thousand generations. Thank You, Jesus! Lord, come! I need You. Father, You must come through. Show Yourself strong. Your child under siege. You must show Yourself strong for the sake of Your Name, for the sake of Your Glory. Do it, Lord! I thank You! I thank You for Your blessings, I thank You for Your Glory, I thank You for Your strength Thank You for divine faith Thank You for wisdom, mind of Christ. Thank You , Jesus! Father, I receive them all! Father, I purpose in my heart to walk in Your ways. I submit my life, my mind, my eyes, my ears, my heart, my legs. Lord, I pray, Mind of Christ, Only thoughts of God, Open my eyes to see the things of God, hear the Word from God. Good heart to hear and receive God’s Word. I thank You, Praise You! In Jesus ‘ Name, I pray, Amen!

Father God, please forgive me of all the sin that was brought to remembrance. I ask that you break all the curses that were uttered from my mouth. I also ask that you break all the hurts and curses that were said against me. Father, forgive those who had caused me hurt and hurl curses. Heal those affected including myself and restore Your image in me. Let my spirit grow. My hearts is broken. My spirit is hurting. Lord, come and heal my heart and restore my spirit. I now say to myself, grow, grow and grow. No more missing years. No more missing months. No more missing days. I replace them with good and fruitful years. Amen.
